Default Looking for imputs about brake kits for 94 Ls

Okay, here's my question, who makes a pretty good brake kit for 94 Ls - front and rear.

Secondly, I'm thinking about using Eibach lowering springs (pro kit) for my Ls. What do you guys think about the mentioned kit, as far as the ride goes. cause I don't wanna give up safety and ride quality for looks. So I need honest imputs. Thanx in advance!

AEM does, The Eibach kit is great, not that huge of a drop but a good performance gain. As far as your brakes go unles you are doing some serious driving there is no need for a big brake kit, they are heavier and not necessry. If you just want new pads and rotors go Brembo blanks or slotted and Axis pads.

you are right... big brake kits are pointles... i wouldn't suggest AEM for a brake company... they are good but excessively overpriced... look into a bit more reputable and great companies such as rotora and brembo.

for your brakes... just use brembo blanks and whatever pads you see fit.... if you choose to do drilled slotted....dont. slotted is ok... but the reason those are required are generally for track dedicated cars. they help dissapate the heat faster when your being very hard on your brakes. It used to be to help release the toxic fumes caused by lower quality, older technology pads... but we dont have to worry about that ne more.

as for the eibachs... it's a good kit.. it's what im currently using... doesn't cause too harsh of a ride.. gives it a nice smooth drop.... but you will NEED (can't stress "need" enough) to get some new shocks... you will destroy your stocks on any lowered car. make sure to get your car aligned and you should be all set

good luck and welcome

How much can I get new shocks that will work ok for. I 2 have the pro-kit springs but now I think I wanna wait to install until I get new dampers.

Something with good performance but not like track ready. Just something that will work ok for now. I plan on getting coil overs in the future
