Default Skunk2 IM coolant pipe 3/8 Help on plugging it

Well, i got done with my sk2 IM install, and have a Q for you guys/ there is a 3/8" coolant inlet/outlet connected to the larger one that goes into the head. now, the larger one is used, but the little one needs to be plugged off. i got a large bolt and 3/8' hose and put the bolt through it to see if it would work. Its working, but its SLIGHTLY leaking. is there anything else i can use/buy thats made specifically to plug a 3/8' pipe?

Thanks
Rob

I just bought a set of vacuum caps to plug the smaller coolant port. I wouldn't recommend doing what you are doing, just buy some vacuum caps at your local autoparts store.

There is a little bit of pressure but the vacuum plugs come in several different sizes, so just stick one on there that fits very snugly and it shouldn't give you a problem. I have had mine plugged for a few months with no problems.

Just use a small zip tie to keep it on if you are that worried about it. It should be fine.

yeah sweet. i was reluctant b/c of it having 2 spots for the cable. its actually a throttle pulley from a automatic car, which is why it has taht extra cable spot.
