Default not sure if right thread, but need some rim help

okay, ive decided im going to go with 16" rota c8's most likely. my question is i know the offset is 40mm on the 16". but will the 4x100 fit the same as the 4x114.3? im guessing the 4x114.3 flat out wont fit on our cars. and if this is so, how can i find out if the rim is 4x114.3 or 4x100 without taking off my rim and tryign to put the dang thing on. is it printed on the rim anywhere? im planning to buy from a private seller who unfortunately doesnt know much about cars or rims in general. or.. does since the c8's come with 8 lug holes does it come in both 4x100 and 4x114.3 so its something i wont have to worry about?

this is going on a 1995 teg

also, in the future i will be dropped on d2 coilovers, so will i have any rubbing problems you guys know of? what about on a 205 40 16? what about 205 45 16?

if it comes with 8 holes, im guessing it does come in both 100 and 114.3, so it should fit the teg the fun part is finding out which set of holes fit

as for rubbing, just depends on how much you drop the car.
