Default UKDM EP3 Type-r Question

Hi there, I recently had to have 7 thousands of an inch machined off of my cylinder head as it was warped due to over heating. I need to know how much the timing has been affected as it has lost 11 wbhp on a dyno (178 before and 166 after). Do I need adjustable cam gear for exhaust cam ??, or could there be something else causing this.

My current modifications are :-

Hondata K100 ecu
Hondata IMG
Toda racing catback
AEM CAI (V1)

Will be putting Toda racing manifold on in a few weeks, obviously this will increase the bhp but will I still have timing issues.

Does anybody have a formula to work out how much the timing could be out in degrees ??
