Default Timing belt loose

I just changed my timing belt and one side of the belt is tight and the other loose. I can't seem to get the one side tight. What are some things I can do to tighten it? I'm doing this by myself and only have two hands.

loosen tensioner and turn main pulley clock wise. shouldn't take much and once it has tightened up. tighten he tensioner and there you go.
