Default To Sleeve or not to sleeve

I am about to do a LS-VTEC, putting everything new in my bottom end (all jdm gsr/type r stuff). My question is should i sleeve/resleeve the block or no?

I will use JDM ITR pistons, JDM GSR Rods and Crank, and a 2000 si head. With all the bolt ons by the end I will probably be looking at around/close to 220 hp, maybe more i really don't know.

I've seen them hold over 500whp.....For daily driving I would keep it at or below 450whp..
I'me sure you can get several hundred thousand miles before they need attention (rings will go before the sleeves and usually you bore the clinder to get rid of any uneven ear patterns and to make sure they are round again....time usually makes them oval).......

But if u bore them again won't that mess with the displacement? (this guy told me to hone the block( where they take all the crap off the walls and stuff) maybe its the same thing ur talking about...)
