I found a Garret turbo kit i like, do i have to change the fuel syste, i.e., injectors and pump...if so what should i change them to?

regardless of boost, yes upgrade your injectors and fuel pump.

 

great...now his next question is going to be...what should i run for fuel pump and injectors....and then my response will be....HOW MUCH BOOST YOU PLAN ON RUNNING. if he is only going to run about 5 (i even think up to 8 is ok) he really doesnt need to change anything....wouldnt the kit come with bigger injectors or fuel pump (i know kits rarely come with these items) if greddy thoguht this was nec? it is not...so the question remains...how much boost you planning on? sure ...in a perfect rich world...yes lets upgrade everything possible...but it is not needed

 

how much boost could i ask out of a d16y8?
would i have to strengthen any internal parts of the engine?
if so, is this engine worth it or should i swap it, and for what?

it all depends on your hp goals. you could most likely handle 9-10lbs of boost with a good tune.

 

I was reading that all i should ask out of my stock engine is 6psi and to upgrade injectors to which ever fmu system im using. 720cc i think. i dunno.
is this engine worth it i mean, being auto n all?

i was lookn under my sis n laws hood she has a b18c i think im gonna steal it. think she'll notice?

 

your car is automatic? then no turboing the car would not be worth it IMO. just swap the d16 for her b18 and call it a day. she won't notice .
