both my windows roll up very very slow and some times get stuck. any solutions thanks.

 

i dont know if this is the same thing, but my passenger side window was really hard to roll up and down, and then one day it just popped out of its little track thing and started rollin up right beside my mirror. So i took the door panel off, took the speaker out, and stuck the glass back in its little track thing and tightened some screws in there and now it works fine.

 

regulators....older honda's can have that problem alot!
