JDM B18c and emissions ...

if you put a JDM motor in an integra that 96 or newer, will it pass emissions and do they come with the obd2 emissions system?? just wondering thanks

I installed an OBD-I B18C engine into my 98, and it passed emissions. All that required a changeover was the oil pump, the distributor and the VTEC solenoid, which were simple unbolt-replace-rebolt swaps.
