Sell my LS and buy newer
oaky i have a 91' LS 5spd tis got about 140k on it and has a dent in the rear qtr panel and needs a new front windshield and also needs to heva work done to the motor because it burns oil so bad that i am spending more in OIL alone it also needs a new exhaust. the car i have always wanted was a 94+ GSR and i can pick one up for about 4500.00 where i live. but my opnion is should i keep the LS or sell it but i think if im to sell my teg i will not be getting that much for it and i will still have to save money or get a payment which i do not want or should i fix my LS. What do you guys think.
That sounds just like my car...only mines an '89. Is the dent on the right or left quarter?
You'll always have to cut your losses somewhere. I test drove a 2000 GSR last week at a dealer. Talking out of his a$$, the salesman said he'd give 2 grand for mine on trade in...if I gave the 10.5 for the purchase.

I can't say which is worse but bware of them all. I used 2 work for a used car dealership. NEVER DO TRADE IN! well never say never but do your best not 2. You most likely can find some1 on the lot that will pay you more cash in hand then that trade in offer. Thats the reason why its always 1 on 1 and apointment basis and things of the such. And word 2 all every1's qualifed for a loan of about 6000 for a car if you are willing 2 settle for a high interest rate.
Don't forget real estate agents.
Are you flagged for not typing in English? For crying out loud, what can't people type to when they mean to?!?
It is best to never trade in, you'll get more money from a private sale. But...if you've got a clunker and just need rid of it, let the dealer choke on it.
