Default Brake MC

So I bought a rear disc conversion for my 97 DX and I was expecting to get the 15/16 MC from a 99 SI. I held up my new MC to my old one and on the old one it says 13/16. On the new one, in the same spot it just has a 1. Did I somehow get a 1" MC?

Well I was under the impression that the 99-00 Si, which is the one I wanted, didn't come with a 1" MC. I thought that the only one was an ITR MC, in which case I would have to reflare the lines.

Correct, the 99-00 si came with the 15/16 MC & bolts with no prob. ITR is 1" & requires bending and reflair.

OK so if I was told that I got a 99-00 Si MC but it says 1 instead of 15-16, I have a ITR one.

actually, the em1 is a 7/8, not 15/16 (that size is reserved for abs and integras)
Yes, the 1 indicates a 1" mc from some integra (not nec. itr), as stated.

There are 1" itr units that do not require reflaring (even though it is not difficult at all)....I own this type

Awesome news. I thought that ITR only had 1' MC. Im really stoked. Anyone know where I can get one of those MC braces that bolts to the shock tower?
