the main purpose of the car would be to run, its my bros car and it has been sittin in the garage since the last 8 months. just sold my prelude and i need a car to kill the winter. budget to spend on it is around 700.
wat the car does is it starts up and its alryte, but as soon as it gets warm smoke starts to come, vibrates like crazy and eventually shuts off.
1st and 2nd spark plug has oil in it.
one guy i know told me u have to change the head gasket, but im really not sure what al to doo

hmmm....headgasket is definately gone since you have oil in the spark plug holes and you are blowing smoke. What color smoke ? More white or more black ? I suggest doing a full tune up and going from there. Change wires, plugs, cap & rotor, hosing, etc....
pure white smoke around the head and block area....underneath the exhaust manifold head shield...
i also think its the headgasket so would be changing it as soon as i get it...
opened everything and cleaned em out..

You would need the head machined. Every aluminum head I've taken off was warped just slightly. I think that happens from heat and age, and may be the cause of your head gasket problem. While the head is off consider having the valves seated and having the rubber valve seals replaced.
Attaching the intake manifold to the head and torquing it is a major pain in the ass.
