Default Wheel bearing cap stuck on spindle, help?

I am rebuilding the GSR brakes. I pulled off the hub assembly and one of the lower bearing caps is stuck on the spindle.

Any ideas on how I can get this off?

if you are talking about the plain outer dust cap just get a really flat screwdriverand pry along the edges and it should pop out. I;v also found that a pin punch will work really well

Its the bottom bearing cap, it came free from the hub assembly and is stuck on the spindle.
