Default Rear bearing stuck, need help

I have a 2002 Accord V6 ex. After driving the car for a while thinking that the tires had become clam shelled I realized that my rear back bearing had gone bad. Anyhow I got a new hub and bearing assembly got the rotar off and when I yanked the old hub off a piece of the bearing remained stuck on the axle. It appears as though it may be fused onto the axle. I am looking for any advice.

just in case anybody is interested I tapped it very lightly a couple dozen times and it released. And by lightly I mean I couldn't have tapped any lighter. The manual says to tighten the hub nut to 139 ft lbs, does anybody know where I can verify that is correct for my year and make. It seems to be excessively tight.
