fuel filter in the tank. '02 accord
I was told the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assembly and is inside the fuel tank .
I was just wondering when the filter stops up if you have to get the whole pump assembly.
Has anyone run into this yet.

I just recently spoke to Honda about this and yes. you need the fuel pump w filter (same unit)

You can buy the filter separate from the pump, but you still
have to drop the tank to get to it. Like all Honda's 94 and newer, the
filter is consider "lifetime" and shouldn't require attention unless contamination
or you use ARCO gas.
