Rebuild Or get New

hey my name is mike and i have a hard time what to do with my 1995 accord...i want to change the engine to a h22 or should i rebiuld it???...
my goal is to have 250 HP with out turbo or nos.....is that possilbe ...so can u guys help me pls....thx

Get an H22a in there and do basic bolt ons. That's an easy 250 hp.

Is that 250 at the wheels? Not going to happen with N/A unless you have a rather large trust fund.

Yeah, that much at the wheels will take quite a bit more work.
