so 2 roommates go to a nightclub 7 blocks away. one decides he wants to drive there. so he drinking and now he's sitting in jail for DUI while the other roommate walked home with the car keys so i can pick up the one's car and bring it back.

god dammit!!

it's not drama, it's stupidity - i would never do that. now he'll be bitching and moaning when he comes home tomorrow.

what does a DUI look like on your record?

Isn't a DUI an automatic License Revoke for a year? My dad had one back in '90 and he lost his license for a year and it always shows up on the record.

 

^ i know a ton of kids around here with dwi's (same thing) that are still driving. its a bitch though, and it looks horrible on your record

 

yeah one of my friends has two, and he just completed his classes to get his back.

but he has to breath into a breathalyzer (sp?) to start his car....
