Default radio installation kits (civic)

i found metra, and scorsche brands....which one is better, and are there any other kinds floating around, preferably quality...also, is there a way to save the inclosed pocket?

Damn you make a lot of threads on this

I ordered from Crutchfield and they kit is American International. It has the pocket but no door for it.

I don't think you're going to see a difference between any of the kits.

yea, a few months ago i had no clue about amp/sub etc, and then a month later i installed the entire system in my altima...i'd rather do it myself then pay labor.

I was very disappointed with the staging of the Altima stock system. I had an 05 rental for a week and a half. I couldn't tell a distinct left/right in that car.

I was actually impressed with the volume and clarity of the stock system though. Quite a few of my CDs I was able to turn up all the way and I didn't get any distortion. I thought it was amazing that Pantera sounded crystal clear at full volume on a stock system.
