Default details on installing new head

im in the middle of putting a new head in my 90 accord and had a few questions im hoping someone can help me with. first off, every parts dealer i talk to says they cant order new head bolts for this car and when i question them, they tell me that this is one of the few cars that doesnt require new head bolts when changing the head---is this correct? next, do i need to use gasket sealer on the intake and exhaust gaskets? also, ive replaced the valve cover seals, spark plug seals, and thermostat housing seals before and have been told that they do not need sealer, but i always end up with a slight leak even thought the surfaces are totally clean when mounting, should i use gasket sealer as an extra measure? also, i cannot get the bolt in the harmonic balancer loose for anything. i had three guys cranking on that thing the other night, and it didnt even budge. any suggestions?

It isn't REQUIRED to replace the headbolts but highly recommended. I have reused mine before, so it isn't that big of a deal as long as they are retorqued correctly with plenty of oil on the threads.

You don't need gasket sealer for the intake/exhaust manifold gaskets.
