Don't bother calling H&R, because contrary to popular belief, they aren't disclosing that information for some reason. They will only say "like OEM, stiffer than OEM, alot stiffer than OEM"
I believe the rates are different for LS/GS/GS-R but what I have is:
276F, 276R and they are F-linear, R-progresssive.

My experience too.
They out right refuse to give spring rates choosing to use nebulous terms like "stiffer than".
Both OE sport and sport are progressive.

I had my H&R Sports for close to 4-5 Years before I sold them, they were still good. Perfect drop for 16/17" wheels IMO.

They tend to settle over years. You should note that the height is also dependent on the struts. I had the H&R Sports on Stock (BLOWN) struts for a while before matching them with AGX's, and the height was lower. That was a great setup both in handling and comfort.

when i got mine, i swapped in the AGX's at the same time. i went from ~4 finger gap at stock to < 1 finger gap.

thank you. i knew they were stiffer than OEM, the ride has changed so much (btw ive had the springs on for almost a year now...)
