Default Quickest??

Just a quick question, what is fastest ENGINE in its stock state? Acceleration wise.

DC2 Integra Type R B18c5 JDM

EP3 Civic Type R K20a2 EUR

EP3 Civic Type R K20a JDM

I was told that the B18 lump was really quick but just looking at some specs and it has 134ft torque and 200bhp whereas the other two have a bit more!!!

The "fastest engine" is a tie between the two K20A R's.

The EUR spec K20a is 20bhp down on its JDM brother though and has different camshaft, pistons, ecu and inlet manifold i think in teh same car, so how can they be the same?!?!?

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that. The Euro uses the RSX-S engine.

I just checked the Honda of Japan website, the JDM CTR is rated at 158kW (212 US hp.) It's not much better off then the K20A.

gear ratios have much to say about acceleration, its not all about hp and tq numbers

I would say they are all the same because last time I looked none of those had wheels.
the K seires motor are a step up from the b series but I would rather have a DC chassis.

if you're using it for a 92-00 civic or a 94-01 integra, use the b18 for simplicity's sake.
