I have been lurkin on this site for a while now and found some good info, but now I need specific help. I just bought a set of CTR cams slightly used and I want to make sure they are what the seller says they are, is there any way of telling if they are truely Civic Type R? Please let me know any info you may have so that I dont go through the trouble of a cam swap more than once!TIA

 

not unless you have the correct tools to measure. I'm sure when you get into the swap, you can compare the cams, and if it really is a ctr cam you would notice the difference

 

i was thinking that there was two marks on the ctr cams or something along those lines, i may be wrong though.
