Default electrical problem with A 91 civic - help!!!

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help with this. Well, I recently replace the alternator on my car and right after that the signal light, the rmp meter, the fuel meter, clock and the engine heat meter went out. I check all the fuse but they seem to be fine. I check the the wires connecting to the alternator and they seem to be in order and now I don't have a clue where to check next. If someone can give me some info or insight in this I would appriciated. Thank you all for your time.
