idle stuck after skunk 2 im install
i have a problem guys,i used the gsr cable and bracket and pulley and now my idle gets stuck at 2 or 3.When i let go of gas the idle stays at 3 or 2,even at full stop.I bought a itr throttle body so it will fix the problem, just waiting for it to be ship to me.Is the itr tb worth it.Will i notice any gains.
Its very annoying each time i let go of gas it stays at 2 or 3 idle until i press the clutch and place in gear, the idle goes down. How do i fix the problems guys, please help me.
Im using a hondata intake manifold gasket which is thicker.

I agree that it could be the cable being too tight. If you get an ITR TB you will need the ITR cable and intake manifold bracket for the cable.

i had a similar problem when i got my skunk2 im but my idle was surging and a couple times sticking. I beileve itsyour tps voltage on the back of the tb, im sure it needs to get tuned. Well in my case i got a Jg tb right away and it basically fixed the problem. As for the gains of your ITR tb it's 65 mm right well that the same as my JG, the gains i felt were lots of extra throttle response, is a fun mod.
:edit: If u get your itr trottle body u will need th ITR cable bracket too, this make the cable run horizontal, in stead of at an angle like the GSR's

check the right side of the manifold. there is a hole that needs to be plugged. some dbag i work just put a skunk2 manifold on his d series and he forgot to put this piece in the hole and the car would just rev between 2k and 3k rpms. you may just want to check that out to see if thats the problem.
