Default throwing a code....cant find where to jump it.

i have a 92 si and i cant see where i need to jump it to see what code i am throwing. any help please, thanks

Try www.jdmfan.com. There is a whole section about checking the code by using a paperclip, watching the blinks, and then a chart will tell you the code by how many long/short blinks you saw.

its a little wire socket protected by a piece of green rubber underneath your glove compt, behind the kick panel.

just go read it...there is some sort of green harness i think and you make a U out of the paperclip and stick one end in the one of the clip holes and the other end in another clip hole....at least that's what i remember. it will tell you how to do everything

code 22...

22 VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Open or short in VTEC OPS circuit, defective VTEC pressure switch



WTF does this mean and what do i need to do?

hrmm...if it was the defective vtec pressure switch i would guess your vtec solenoid is having problems and isn't engaging when you hit the proper rpms. As for the first one i have no idea...call the dealership up.
