I brand this the most useless on-topic thread ever.

Dude, wheel locks, buy em, install 1 on each wheel.

not that hard, is it?

If theives want your wheels, there is nothin you can do, consider wheel locks just a deturant, like an alarm system.

Of course it would, but what would be the point? One on each wheel will eliminate the chance of taking the wheel off (within reason).

You could get a set of Splinedrive wheel lugs for your car. Basically the entire set of lugs are like locks as they don't use your standard socket to remove them. Might want to look into them. They don't really have a site (or it's under the Gorilla name) so you might want to hit a seach engine for it. Or I think that Discount/America's Tire Co. sells them.

Splinedrives are McGard, not Gorilla. They have a site they just don't sell direct to the public.

I called up an in-state shop here and they ordered me Splinedrives directly from McGard to my house.

Also black and chrome Splinedrives come with wheel locks. So not only do you need a key to get off the normal splined lugs, but you need another one to get the wheel lock off. So sort of double protection.
