I called up an in-state shop here and they ordered me Splinedrives directly from McGard to my house.
Also black and chrome Splinedrives come with wheel locks. So not only do you need a key to get off the normal splined lugs, but you need another one to get the wheel lock off. So sort of double protection.

Hope that your info helped him out though.

You could get a set of Splinedrive wheel lugs for your car. Basically the entire set of lugs are like locks as they don't use your standard socket to remove them. Might want to look into them. They don't really have a site (or it's under the Gorilla name) so you might want to hit a seach engine for it. Or I think that Discount/America's Tire Co. sells them.

Having 4 diffrent wheel locks on the 1 tire just makes it that more difficult to take off so why think of him as an idiot? Would you not want the thief to take just a little extra more time when you just might be comming out of the store or wherever and you see the thief or would you rather give him that fast chance to take it and run. 10 or 20 extra minutes is a hell of alot better then just 2 or 3. You round off the bolts and it will take them even longer but, you will have a hard time getting it off yourself. There are alot of things to do. It just depends on where you park your car and how well protected it is. If you do see a thief in action on your car make sure he doesn't know your comming cause he may have a gun. Always look around for a fast weapon cause he may have friends. If he's alone with no weapon then it's up to you if you want to kill him or not. If you do kill him then hide his body. If not then let the law take care of him. Other then that the point here is when it involves thieves taking more time to steal they get nervous so the extra 10 or 20 does help more so then nothing.
