Default Is this correct? will it rub?

i'm eyeing these 15" rims and thinking of putting 205/15/50 on them with kumho estra supra 712. my question is... since this rim is a 40mm offset... will it rub? cuz on my 16 that i had before with 205/50 it rubbed like a mofol... and my car wasn't even lowered. i know it could have been the tires... but if i get 15" with 40mm and then dropping it later on... will i suffer the same fate of rubbing?

You should be fine. Having 205/50/15's are completely different than having 205/50/16's.

make sure you get a 50 size. You should have gotten a 45 size for your 16s. I bet your speedo and RPM was all out of wack

yup.. when i had the 16" my speedo was out of wack... plus they were hella heavy... which make my d16y8 feel like crap. they were the ADR GT sports... and they were heavy as hell. as for the 50series... the peeps at discount tires direct said it's perfect for the rim... and since i didn't know much back then... i got tricked into it. anyway... now, i am thinking of either 15" or 16". so far i've only found the 15" gunmetal buddy clubs that i liked. but for the 16", i've have yet to find one that i like. so.... most likely i'll go with the buddy club...
