Its an 02 Honda Accord 4-door 6 cylinder. I want to put the Incubus Valera 18x7.5" Wheels with a +45 offset, the tires are gonna be Falken FT452 225/40/18 and I am gonna lower it with the Eibach springs 2" Will I have any clerance issues with the fenders or anything?

 

Shouldn't. +45mm should sit well.
