NEED HELP with smog please

Hi guys, i need some help here with some smog stuff I AM stumped and broke now cause of the new cat i bought. from random technologies.

i failed smog and got a brand new high flow cat. i tested again

it failed again

the new results after the new cat... was a bit worse for the NO readings

AT LOW SPEED 15mph
hc went from 39 to 19 max was 61
CO (%) went from .31 to .01 max was .54
NO (PPM) went from 748 to 1982 !!! the max was 467

at high speed everything passed but the NO (PPM) went up from 620 to 710 max was 754.

i'm stumped?????

my car is a 4 door 1998 LS integra
the smog guy said that the distributer may be the wrong one too? does this make a diff???

do u have the stock cat? if not get a stock cat from a friend and try again.

 

i could try that, but i don't get it, it's a brand spanking new cat, and it lowered the other 2 gases.

another friend suggested that my new one is a 2 way cat, not 3 way, so it toesn't help NOX gases???
