hey guys my 1997 GSR (MYA) is sick, I have a feeling that it might be an axle but not really sure. OK so im driving and when im accelerating in second I get a slight wooble from the whole car and when I slow down I hear a ticking noise on what I believe is the right axle (or left ). can anyone tell me what this is and if it is the axle how can I tell for sure. u guys need pix. let me know oh and if it means anything the car was salvaged but never in any accidents, just stolen.

 

Well your car is almost seven years old. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a bad axle.

 

does it tick as you accelerate around a turn?

Well I took it to midas and they said that it was my brakes or something so Im getting them replaced. and no theres no ticking when im making a turn.
