Default Something sliding when turning right quickly

I've been hearing something sliding behind me when I drive only when I make right turns. I've took out everything in the hatch (panels, seats) and couldn't find anything that was loose or signs of anything "sliding". Could there be something under the taillights or inside the spoiler? I'm getting impatient finding out what's causing this sliding noise. The noise is kinda quiet but noticeable enough to be heard when making quick right turns. Thanks for helping.

It's probably your tire iron or something else in the trunk
