Timing belt change?

Timing belt change?
I have a 99 ek. I am wondering the spec as to when i should change the timing belt? I have been told 90k. But I have also been told 60k. Which is it?
Also, if it is 60k i am doing it on tuesday... can someone point me somewhere or give me some advice on doing this?

My 92 Civic is 60K (lasted 245,000 before I changed it out of fear), my wifes 00 CR-V says 90 K(only has 70,000). The belt is pretty cheap, I would do the water pump at the same time. I use Haynes manuals and take my time, no problems.

I believe the Honda manual has 2 specs, one for normal use and one for extreme use. The normal is 90k and the extreme (might be the wrong word) is 60k. Extreme is lots of hard driving and extreme temps and such. I drove my '98 EX pretty hard and it just turned over 101,000 miles on the stock belt and water pump. I have an OE replacement for both along with a new clutch I'm probably going install on wednesday.

I'd rather spend a couple hours and a few bucks changing the t-belt then a couple days and a few more bucks changing the engine.
Now that I've graduated to the Wankel Rotary, I don't have to worry about timing belts anymore.
