when i rev around or driving on 5000 rpm, i hear this "clinG clinG" noise from the clutch. it sounds like a bunch of cans tied up behind the car while the cars moving. the clutch itself is stock but was replaced for a new one before i bought the car.

also my friend has a integra but his a/c doesnt blow cold air and its weak. what would you need to switch out inorder to feel the cold air again?

Sounds like possible throw out bearing. A/c problem could be a fan going bad. I have seen quite a few of those, you really need to diagnose that properly, it could have a leak.

if you noticed the ac getting worse and worse over time, then its most likly a leak in the ac system. Just pray to the car gods its not a whole in the compressor, because that can cost a ton of cash to fix. This most likely wont be a do it your self job, you will need to have an ac guy run some test on the car. good luck
