hello all, i am interested in purchasing an integra and would appreciate it if you guys could provide me links and/or info about the model years.
basically i dont have much money to get the Type-R or GS-R, so i was wondering if i should get a 94-96 LS and just modify it as time permits.
so what are the differences between the 3 models other than engines? are the chasis similar? in other words, if i swap a B18c into an LS, would it technically be like a type-r i all due respect?? thanks for all info, i hope to have an integra soon!!

When talking about the DC2 ITR, there are much bigger differences between the ITR and other cars in the series than there are between the various CTR and the DC5 ITR.

GREAT site, has AMAzing amounts of info!! however, i still have some basic questions, is DC2 the chasis code for the ITR only, and if so what are the chasis codes for the GSR, and LS ??
and again, lets say i buy an LS, and swap in a B18C engine and buy TEIN coilovers. would my LS be identical to a type r with the same tein coilovers? do u get my point? hehe thanks!!

Not by a long shot.
To start with, there are several different B18C motors. I'm assuming you mean you're getting a B18C5 (USDM ITR) and putting it on your LS.
That would be a start, but...
Suspension is different. Spring rates. Shocks. Wheels. Hubs.
Brake system is different. ITR ABS is basically the same as threshold braking.
Body will be different. Under the skin, the ITR body is different. It's re-enforced to keep from ripping out the shock mounts and re-enforced in other weak areas.

It's more different than the motor, and anyone who's driven an ITR would feel the difference.
