No, it won't.

To start with, there are several different B18C motors. I'm assuming you mean you're getting a B18C5 (USDM ITR) and putting it on your LS.
That would be a start, but...
Suspension is different. Spring rates. Shocks. Wheels. Hubs.
Brake system is different. ITR ABS is basically the same as threshold braking.
Body will be different. Under the skin, the ITR body is different. It's re-enforced to keep from ripping out the shock mounts and re-enforced in other weak areas.

It's more different than the motor, and anyone who's driven an ITR would feel the difference.
