Default Anything big?

I got a 5th gen ex, lil over 100K miles. When my car is stopped, like at a red light, it idles really hard. Hard like vibrates my driver's side door. Was wondering what might be causing this, getting kinda annoying.

Try checking the oil/changing it...

Check spark plugs/wires...

Sometimes your motor mount can be bad and that will cause the motor to shake . Just a thought .

Cap and rotor can really mess with the idle. Very cheap to replace but I would steer away from the pepboys/kragen/autozone branded ones - I got a set and had to replace it soon after with a Honda OEM cap and rotor.

I'm putting money on the fact that you have an aggresive race cam
