Anybody heard of Vogtland?

My friend wants to sell me Vogtland springs with a 1.6 drop all around, like 50 bucks, has anybody heard of them? Good/bad?

Well I never heard of them but did a search on them and there prices are rather low ! So yeah I think there shitty . :thinking:
