Default need a little advice

Hello everybody. i am recently the owner of a new 96 civic ex 5spd
(new to me neways) i am intrested in geting a custom catback system
with the 2.25 piping and a flowmaster muffler. i don't like the
shinny, ricy looking aftermarket stuff i be seeing on the civics too
much and i was just wondering what kind of performance would i gain
be doing so. i have been reading all kind of forms and all people
be talking about is that it sounds great. i want to what kind of
improvent would i be expecting. thank you.

IMHO...

with JUST an exhaust on a civic, you will not notice too much of an improvement (power wise)...
