Default I feel ashamed

Well, I tried to install those Teins and AGX's I posted about earlier, and I just couldnt do it. Everything was going great, I had the strut assembly off the car in no time, but that stupid little bolt at the top of the assembly just wouldnt come off. I tried everything, but it just wouldnt budge, so I ended up taking it to a shop, should have it back tomorrow, so Ill get pics sometime soon. Its just kind of discouraging, especially considering everyone told me itd be a snap. I did get my rims, Velox VX 8's on though, heres a pic:

Uh, ok.... Not huge to me...

About the shocks, that nut at the top can be a bitch. Normally, I spray mine down with wd40 the day before I go at it. They like to rust in place. If you ahve air tools, it's a snap. WIthout, it's a bit tough at times...

The wheels look nice!
And don't let this shit discourage you. I can swap in new shocks and springs into a car in about an hour now. Took me a day to just do the fronts the first time I did it. It gets way easier with time, and experience.

Dont worry about it meng. I had trouble too, had a seized bolt but I was able to do the other three.

dont feel too bad. I had to torch my lower shock bolt, burn out the bushing and take the sawzall to it in order to get it out. If you dont work on the suspension very often, the bolts sieze up and can be a real bitch.
