I'm confused about what you wrote. Could you re-edit your previous statement to make it more clear?

If you step on the brakes, they shouldn't make noise.
If they do, it is time for new pads or rotors.
If you don't step on the brakes, they shouldn't make noise.

What is your setup?

spoon pads with factory rotor. i know that my pads are too hard for my rotor, but honda told me that due to the pads are so hard, when i was driving straight, the pads might have a chance that they will touch the rotor and make noises too.

some of the more agressive pads make a little noise when you brake. None should make noise when youre not braking.

:edit: the hardness of the pad has nothing to do with whether it touches the rotor. If it was manufactured to be too thick, then the brakes would drag, but that has nothing to do with pad compound. The guy who told you that was dumb.

do they currently make noise, or are you just asking if they will make noise?

If you're brakes are dragging during normal drivin (not braking), the pads aren't positioned properly, or theyre the wrong size.

yes, but only sometimes, it comes out whenever it likes, but most of the times its from driving straight.

the pads are right size and installed preperly, i checked many times.
