I think I'm still in disbelief. Went out to get something out of my car last night and . . . . it wasn't there. Just finished up the police report and called the insurance company. Anything else I should do? Look for it on eBay?

i doubt anyone would be dumb enough to sell a stolen car on ebay... but maybe search for your parts used on ebay... maybe if someone in your area is selling many of the same parts you had stollen then that MIGHT indicate they had something to do with it.. but its still unlikely youd catch someone like that i think

 

That sucks man. But hey, my car was stoeln and I got it backin one piece more or less. I got a built engine out of the ordeal so have faith.

 

Yeah. It's weird. Now I'm in the not so upset just bummed stage. I wasn't really impressed by the police report, but like you said I should have faith. At least I have full coverage and gap protection. I've already started contemplating what I am going to do if it is a total loss. Redcivic how did you get a new engine out of the deal? What's upsetting is that my tax return will just cover the deductible, too. Jerkoff car thiefs.:madfawk:

 

lol, some guy who stole a bunch of TV projectors from UM got caught that way.

Just be glad you have full coverage, if my car was stolen, I'd be totally focked.
