92 civic 1.5 no start condition

92 civic 1.5 no start condition
no start condition after an exhaust install...vehicle propped up on the driver side.....compression is @90 psi across the board ignition is working and is sparking @2 degrees ATDC...fuel pump operational and the injectors are getting the volts they need and the ohms are @ 11.3-12.1
why no start?

Did you remember to hook everything back up that you removed? You didn't pull a fuse to reset the computer and leave it off or disconnect a ground wire to make room or anything? Are you getting a code, is the check engine light on?
