no start condition after an exhaust install...vehicle propped up on the driver side.....compression is @90 psi across the board ignition is working and is sparking @2 degrees ATDC...fuel pump operational and the injectors are getting the volts they need and the ohms are @ 11.3-12.1

why no start?
