Default Suspension questions & Rim size W/ good tire?

I own a 98 integra...GS

I want Strut, sway, great springs, along with anything to tighten up my car going through corners...i plan on reaching 300-450hp within the next year (thats def. easier said than done, but wish me luck)

2nd question: I am looking at the OZ Superlagerra 17*7 and the G-Racing - Seki (Hyper Black) also 17*7...what is the best company to pick when it comes to rubber and a sticky LASTING compound...

any input will help...thanks

There are a lot of good tires on the market... a very sticky tire for wet/dry traction is Falken Azenis. They only last 10,000-15,000 miles from what I hear though. I have had Nitto 470's before and I personally like them... they are pretty sticky and last 30,000 miles if you are religious about getting them rotated.
