Default Mini-me ECU help needed

I've got most of the parts now for a mini-me conversion, but I have a few questions about ECU's choices. The car is an 88 DX sedan with an automatic. The block is a D15B2 and the head and intake manifold are Z6. I want to keep the automatic since I will spend a lot of time in traffic. I want to keep the car OBD0 if possible and use a VAFC for vtec activation. The ECU needs to be OBD0, support MPFI, and support an automatic trans. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, I would say you could use the 1-wire vtec code, but that hijacks the automatic tranny lockup solenoid. So, I would just use a VAFC with your stock PS9 ecu. Or get someone to supplant vtec maps into a automatic ECU, and use vafc or rpm triggered switch to activate vtec.

I dunno, there is no "right" way to do it.
