It looks like a strut bar.

Unless this one is like 30 bucks, get a Neuspeed.

 

I actually like those imitation mugen bars, because they mount in both the shock tower bolts, as well as the same holes that are used with the factory gsr/type-r/si strut tower bars. unfortunately, even with their beefy mounting points, the bar itself flexes pretty easily, even more so than a DC bar (which flex pretty bad as it is).
