Default B16 swap into a 94 hatch

Hi ALL ~!

did my search but got 8 pages of result but they do not really answer my questions

got a 94 hatch with a SOHC VTEC inside. thinking of doing a B16 swap. but i just do not know how difficult is the swap. i.e how much time this swap will take. and what a full swap consist of ? i.e tranny ? ? ECU ? ? engine block ? ? anymore parts to swap ? ?

ThankzZ

check
www.hondaswap.com
www.hybridgarage.com
www.c-speedracing.com

for more info.

The swap is easy, the hardest part is the wiring. Do a search in the 92+ section and the hybrid section. You will come up with a LOT of info, I promise.

if you are mechanically inclined the swap will be very easy to do its a direct bolt in swap the only thing is the engine harness will need to be switched for lhd if you buy a jdm b16 but you should be able to use your sohc vtec one the first swap my buddies and i did took a couple days just because we never really knew what all needed to be done and it was a learning process our best record to date on a swap is about 8 hours and thats dropping 2 motors and installing one. as for cost my b16 in my hatch cost me just shy of 3000 and that includes all the parts and everything on the hmo warranty
