Default good 6 1/2"s for cheap

are there any?

i was looking in crutchfield for some new speakers.... i need something that would be quality, yet inexpensive. am i looking in the wrong place entirely? im a moron. and for all i know about auido equipment, i know that little about it in cars.

I just bought Alpine Type-S 6 1/2" for $54.00. Of course, you'll have to drive to PA to buy them, but it's a great deal They were on clearance.

I got my Pioneer tsa-1667's for 50 bucks, when they retail for a lot more than that.
