i dont know if im actually depressed, but my doctor gave them to me because i show signs of depression. im not asking for medical advice here (dakarM ), but has anyone ever been on antidepressants? he gave me some stuff called Effexor XR. i didn't have to pay for it, so i dont care. it says "Venlanfaxine Hydrochloride Extended release capsules" whatever that means. anyways, i hope these work and give me some kind of improvement.

im worried though because a friend of mine went on antidepressants and i think hes scared for life now. totally a different person :dunno: and not for the better

 

not that its relivent, but are your prescriptions very expensive? i dont want to be spending 50 bucks every 2 weeks to stay on this stuff. i'll cure myself naturally if thats the case :happysad:

She was on Zoloft, I think.. and from what I've told.. hardly had any sex drive after that. :dunno:
With any perscription.. be careful. Especially if there's a history of addiction in you or anyone in your family. Your doctor should know not to give you more then he/she thinks you can handle. Especially with a drug that's easily addictive. I'm on Adderall.. (ADHD) but.. have no problems since it's something I can handle..

 

Each person responds differently to each drug, so this statement isn't necessarily true.
